Each Account Manager (AM) is hired and trained with the understanding that they will be entering into a long term relationship with you, that we do not have an “on to the next one” sales culture at Longhorn Solar.
Your AM will guide you through every step of the process. From the initial fact-finding phone call to being present during installation…to proactively monitoring your system’s performance annually, they’ll be there to help for as long as you own your solar-powered home.
We have a “NO PRESSURE SALES” policy at Longhorn Solar.
AMs are trained to serve as consultants, with a goal of educating you to the point where you can make a very informed buying decision. The reason they are called Account Managers, and not something else like “Energy Consultants,” is because we provide such a high level of service after the sale.
From the 45-Day Check-In to make sure you understand your new bill with solar, to our Proactive Annual Performance Checks, your AM is going to make sure your new solar PV system is always performing at its best. If we find an issue, we create a case for the Service Department and have a technician come run a full set of diagnostics to pinpoint the problem and fix it fast.
